I was really excited to try a GV70 but what a disappointing experience. 1. I wanted to know the different choices including models, MSRP and year but I was told I needed to walk around the whole parking lot and figure it out. I asked for a specific model and was told "I don't know we need to walk around"!!) 2. Try to figure out which car I can test drive - no guidance - didn’t even ask for my drivers license. If they had a half star I would have chosen that. I called to make an appointment to have a tired replaced on my Genesis- told the lady when I made the appointment I had purchased the road hazard warranty when I bought the vehicle and I wanted to use it. Two days later I drove 35 minutes for my appointment only to find out there is a whole protocol that needs to happen before I can use my warranty. I left a message the same day for a service advisor, called back two more times later that day, called the next day, and called ... read more
