Got a paper the mail, the paper said they would pay off my car and I can get into a new car and it was all a bunch of lies and they made me sit there for 4 hours.
Ms. Dee is consistently pleasant and professional during each service appointment for my vehicle. She provides updates on recommended services that my vehicle may need. I appreciate the entire service department, including the mechanics and the payment/pickup window staff, for taking good care of my 2018 Ford EcoSport.

Wow! Excellent service department! Stephanie was so helpful and the way she kept me up to date was great. Everyone else I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I am very happy that I chose this location to work on my car. The turnaround time to pick up my car was quick, and they provided me with a ride home when I dropped it off.
