I'd give them a zero rating if i could!This is a terrible dealer! Because we didn't want to do a trade in or financing from them, they wouldn't give us the Ford discount that's being offered right now. They do tell you that its on their website, but it's hard to find. Unless you're looking for it. Which we did AFTER, they told us it was posted. Other dealers are not pulling this BS on potential buyers. Go to a better dealer!

The guy that wrote up my service was friendly, however he quoted $105 the service was originally $89 on the website that is what I signed up for. When it came time to pay it was $118. No explanation for the cost difference. I also found out that they used synthetic blend oil. I normally pay much less and get full synthetic oil. When I called and asked about this. The woman was hateful and told me that I should have asked before the service and that full synthetic is about $30 more. Absolutely insane prices. I won't be going ... read more
