Waited a long time for wings and fries and the wings are not done and the fries are overcooked I love this restaurant but this time was a terrible experience
Horrible customer service, went to pick up to go order and the area for pick up was so tight between the bad and window that there was barely any space to pass. As I stood there for a couple minutes was never asked if I neeeded help. I had to walked to the front person to ask if there was anyone to help with to go orders. As im standing waiting for my food after the service people in the area just keep overpowering the area and walk over my toes as im waiting. Waited 45 minutes for our to-go order, and only after bringing the food out did they tell us they were out of what we ordered and paid for. They asked about a substitution then, which meant waiting even longer while the rest of our food got cold. Not very accommodating at all.
Will be back!
These chicken wing ding prices are ridiculous plus they’re customer service sucks.
