Seemed genuine... my mistake – this guy seemed genuine and even agreed to start work on my project before i could pay him (i wouldn't have prepaid him anyway). we rescheduled twice and on the second reschedule, he no-call, no-showed and did not return my calls. as a result, i will NEVER do business with this guy. STAY AWAY!
