I walked in there and got all my questions answered instantly, Tim went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Shout out to Tim and Dabria for the great service.
A complete waste of time dealing with Dick's Lumber. First, they requested payment for a quote I approved (by e-transfer because they don't accept credit cards unless you go in-store). Then they said that they misquoted me for the lumber; that they accidentally quoted only the milling and not the material? Next, they wouldn't match a direct competitor's quote (which was about 25% less than Dick's price) for the exact same material, thus necessitating a refund. Not bad
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Their lumber products are not well kept, products in their warehouse come out with mold, water damage or bird poop on it. The staff run the opposite way if your looking for help and a bonus you can get date with the yard manager if your lucky. Your better off going anywhere else.
