DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Their lumber products are not well kept, products in their warehouse come out with mold, water damage or bird poop on it. The staff run the opposite way if your looking for help and a bonus you can get date with the yard manager if your lucky. Your better off going anywhere else.
If you need lumber in Calgary Dicks is the place to go. They got all the big wood. Wide variety of inventory in the yard and instore, they can be abit pricy but they always have what I need and its typically quick to load up. Sunny, Larry and Michael are great, very knowledgeable and helpful at the order desk.
The only good thing I have to say about this place is their friendly helpful phone and estimating staff. The lumber I ordered was garbage and their senior staff onsite customer service was horrible. I will never shop here again for anything even if I had to pay more I would go elsewhere.
