Didn't have the size I needed in the model I was looking at, but Maye was so friendly & helpful she even offered to order it for me, but the shoe website was down. I will be back!!
We were sent out to Dick Pond by our son‘s track and field coaches for jumping and sprinting shoes. It was well worth the drive for the exceptional level of customer service and top shoe recommendations from Rob, the assistant manager. Not only did he ask all the right questions to figure out which shoes would enhance my son‘s jumps, but also offered tips and guidance as well. We are very satisfied customers and will be back!

Israel did a great job in helping me find the running shoe i liked the most, unfortunately didn’t have the color way I was looking for so I ordered it online but kudos to him
I came here to buy a better, higher platform shoe to wear while one of my feet recovers from an ankle sprain. The staff was very helpful, patient, and helped me navigate around 8 options to figure out which works best w/my medical boot. We ended up going with the hoka bondi 9, which has been so comfortable and helpful in my recovery process.
