Knew the previous owner, so was sceptical to go back. Glad we did as the staff where kind and helpful. It was great to see that the new owners have kept a high standard in having quality staff. A special thanks to Jake as he helped us directly, was professional, kind and proved that he knows his stuff! With such a good experience, we will be bringing our boat back for a fall service.
My name is not on file but my sons is, very disappointed with the service as well as the not being honest about breaking a part on a motor and saying it came from the manufacturer like that but will order another and fix it. Motor has been in the shop since May, with no calls of saying its replaced. A canoe was bought with the motor, 14 foot with 25 motor, and trailer as well as a trolling motor cash no payment.
They had the machine I needed and sold me a well made trailer at a fair margin. Service was prompt and friendly. The owner was very personable. I would recommend this place.
