“I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business, especially with Rich. He initially seemed agreeable and willing to help, but turned out to be very dishonest. I went in to replace a trailer tire, and he quoted me $150 for a used one, which I accepted. I then asked him to replace a tail light on the tractor, and he quoted $50 for that.
