I have been with State farm for over 19 years and with this office for the past 15 yrs. Susan is absolutly amazing, she is always availible and responds to any email request immediately. I had a teen driver and she always made sure that we had the best polices and discounts! We have multiple policys with Statefarm and we are very pleased with the customer service we always receive.
Have been with them since moving to Murrieta 5 years ago. Marley and Susan are both very professional and helpful. When we call in they know who we are without having to give a policy number. It's that kind of customer service that differentiates them from other insurance providers. I would highly recommend them.
The blonde lady Susan was the absolute rudest person I've ever come in contact with, I won't ever go back to state farm because of her. She ruined my day from the start at 8 am when I showed up. If this is a representation of how all state farms I'd be ashamed to ever work or let alone use their services.
