6/30/21 my truck was hit and run by a trailer identified as belonging to Dick Lavy trucking. Witnessed by 2 other individuals. The license plate checked out to be Lavy but after stalling and excuses for 3+ months the safety director at Lavy, Tim Mitchell, says it is their equipment but it had not been dispatched in over 200 days so it was not in the accident thus their insurance refuses to pay damages.
