Dick Hannah did a great job repairing my truck that was in a collision. They always kept me informed of the progress and very easy to work with. Lily and Callie were great to work with and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Dick Hannah for any repair deed you have.
I came to this shop for an estimate. I clearly stated that I wasn’t ready to authorize any repair yet and just needed a written quote. They refused to give me the estimate, tried to pressure me into committing to the repair, and made misleading claims. I never signed a repair authorization, yet they acted like I had no choice but to fix the car there. This behavior is dishonest and unethical.
