Super displeased with their Sales Department. I'm a former customer, and always recommend DH to friends looking for a vehicle. They tried taking advantage of my Fiancé's kindness and patients, and began back tracking on a lot of promises made to us. We were promised help in finding a vehicle that met our needs, information on vehicles about to hit their lot, and assistance on vehicles we saw online. We had a great experience buying our Kia from Evan.
We bought a car here, but would never go back. Horrible experience. Extremely slow process. We paid in cash, and they still took close to 4 hours to run our credit and try to sell us additional services. They gave us a giant run around on the price after we had agreed on it, running back and forth to a manager. We got the the dealership at 2 PM, and didnlt leave until 8 PM, and we had cash!!!!! unbelievable.
