I wanted to sell my F350. I did an inquiry what it was worth. I left my phone number on the inquiry. McKayla from Dick Hannah Honda called shortly after. We discussed the truck. McKayla discussed the features on my truck with a supervisor. They said they needed to see it. So, we arranged a time to meet. I got there at the scheduled time. McKayla supervisors inspected the truck and agreed with purchasing my truck. I signed the title over and left satisfied with the transaction.
Kayla was upfront and clear. I ended up selling two cars, a cute beetle and an older Prius with body damage. But then decided last minute to purchase another used car there, which complicated everything, but everyone was patient and low pressure to help this three vehicle exchange.
