UPDATE AS OF 2/19: I have called multiple times and as of now i am the one calling the finance company to get everything taken care of. The dealership STILL has not sent anything to the bank stating the deal was void and they are reliable for this 19000 loan! Im being told i will get a call back and never get a call back. Had a great buying experience at this location. Norris was cool and answered all the questions I had to the best of his abilities. Jake helped crunched some numbers and go my interest rate lowered. Definitely recommending this place to family and friends.
Bought a Subaru Crosstrek for our daughter’s first car. Roy was the awesome salesperson who helped us throughout the process. He was friendly and gladly answered all our questions. Next time we are in the market for a new car, we will be calling Roy for sure.
My Husband And I went to Dick Hannahs based on a family recommendation and we were not disappointed.
