I called the Richmond bill store and was berated for asking a simple question about the availability of a part. I was absolutely pleasant and was shocked at the rudeness. It was uncalled for. I’ll not do business there.
RecommendedHad an appointment for a faulty water pump and Andrew was amazing. He had it figured out and fixed in under an hour. He even took the extra step to check a few other things since the pump was incorrectly wired from our dealer in Texas. Great service and quality work. Thanks Andrew!
This was the worse place to shop for a camper. The sales man said we were just waisting time and waisted his time looking at campers. Because we were from tn. And wasn’t buying any how. Just because we said we wanted to think on it he said all this I don’t get pushed I to buying anything when u walk into office he’s in the back office What a jerk I have cash to buy but won’t be this a** hole place

My sister and I bought a 2018 Rockwood 2902WS. We actually drove down from Indiana. Our salesman was Preston. We could not have asked for a better experience. We had a trade-in and we got the best deal from his dealership. He made it happen! The new unit was ready when they said it would be. Brandon, who gave us the walk thru was fantastic. Stopped in after a disappointing visit to Camping World. Helped me out with a new toilet as mine has developed a leak and no one had replacement parts on hand. Parts guy was friendly and a big help. Can't thank them enough.
SO, our camper has been at Dick Gore in St. Augustine since July 11. For some very simple warranty work..replace the plug...we were to finally pick up Monday, and they asked us to pick up today instead so they could wash it. Well today no one answers the phone, and a friend went by and gates are closed. Mind you to go to day we were going to have to drive 55 miles toward St. Augustine ( east from up) pick it up and then drive 55 miles west back home, with evacuating cars....well. My wife and I stopped out there last weekend around 5:30. Hours on the door said you close at 6 pm. When we arrived we were approached by a man that said he was closing early because he had a birthday party to go to BUT said he would stick around if were going to buy something. He made his point clear he was not about any customer service at that time even after we made it clear we just wanted to take a quick look around.
