Honest service. We had a positive experience!
I had a terrible experience with this repair shop. Our vehicle was towed because it wouldn't start, and we received no communication about the diagnosis or costs involved. After 6 weeks, we were told we could pick up the vehicle, only to find a bill of $900 with no work order detailing what was done. The same issue recurred shortly after, and despite numerous phone calls where they claimed the vehicle was fine, it wouldn't start again upon our arrival. I purchased a new timing belt for a Lexus RX330. I received a call stating one of the parts in the kit would not fit. I thought, great what is this going to cost me? I was told nothing, they contacted the supplier, used a part that fit vs. Slapping it on, only to cause a problem. Honest and professional.
