I've came here multiple times over the years and I always have a good experience. Prices are very reasonable, staff are friendly and they have a huge variety of stuff. I'm glad they're part of the community. v

Brought a wig on 8/ 22 unopened package came back to exchange on 8/23 for something else with the receipt that clearly say no refund or exchange without seal and clearly I had that because I didn't open package. Poor customer service because the have 3 different policy when it is convenient for them. I been come to this store for years but don't worry will not be coming back.
