The customer service is terrible. They don’t know how to speak with customers properly. They tell me one thing and switch it up in the following message. They act like they are the only option available on the market. They act stuck up and have no clue on how to properly converse with customers. Don’t forget the customer is always right. Your business is backed by customers and if you don’t know how to deal with them, go back to training.
DiCenso landscaping completely updated the landscaping around our entire house. They also installed a patio with a trellis. The entire process from design to installation was seamless. They were professional, prompt and delivered advice and beyond what was expected. Truly a great experience. I can’t recommend them enough.
