VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Will never use this company again!! I hope we save our grass since he gave us crappy instructions. We're new at this and he knew that and DID NOT care when we tried to reach out to him. Ignores us and just doesn't care! Guess that happens when a company is handed to you!
