Long time reviewer here, super motivated, sadly, to give a rare negative review. What has happened to the Rochester area DiBella's stores? Pretty consistently in the last couple of years - locations, especially the City Gate one, have been in decline. The staff, literally get something wrong with the order - every time. I'm sorry, but are the order takers high? Can the sandwich makers read? Hate to allege that but one has to wonder. This location sucks. I called in my order for medium cheesesteaks on plain bread. I got there and it was a small sub on sesame. So the re-made it. Got home to barely have any cheese for a cheesteak sub and barely any meat. Never coming here again.
Give Alexis Haynes a raise! No I do not know her, but I am a former sales manager and I would hire her in a heartbeat. GC did not want to run for an online order so I made the order in the store. She handles it with expert care and provided excellent customer service. I left feeling like she took care of me and I forgot the frustration I felt at not being able to place my order online. Very nice job! Her customer service is exactly what it should be and I see you!!!! Great job and keep up the good work!
Clean fast service. Absolutely delicious sub sandwiches. Reasonable prices.
