I absolutely love dibellas. But on 8/10 around 6 pm, i waited for a cold sub for 25 minutes. That's wild to me. Plenty of staff, so I don't really understand.
Great subs longer wait but it’s definitely worth it cheaper and a lot better then wegmans subs
I always liked DiBella's Subs at CityGate Plaza off Westfall Rd. near E. Henrietta Rd. There are other DiBella's locations that are inconsistent. I do not like having a wall blocking the customer's view of the person making your sub. Often, they tend to skimp on the meat & when you get your sub, you will be disappointed. The customer should always supervise how the sub is being made to offer suggestions to please the customer. CityGate Plaza on E. Henrietta Rd. does everything well.
Very friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere
I was standing outside and some guy literally comes to the door and locks it doesn’t say anything so as a customer walks out the door I ask if they were closed and the guy says as he points to the door and says Monday through Wednesday it says we close at 8pm mind you ok I saw 9 on the website and I was there at 758 ok but he saw me pull up and get out my car.
