Restaurant is very nice and clean, since ¾ of the seating you can't sit in, since they had them blocked. At least leave the window seats open. Staff was nice and polite. The food was not very good, I'd suggest Penn Station before this place. Better buns and meals fixed correctly.
I went to pick up cookies and they said because they were closing soon couldn’t make any more, but why run out completely without having enough to stock them. Very ignorant and a waste of time
The reason they get a lower rating from me is because they charged me a “togo tax” when I was dining in. The food was ok the 10” sub had 7-8” of toppings.
Unfortunately, the last 2 times I’ve ordered from their App, the service folks messed up my orders and had to remake my sandwiches- then gave me remade sandwiches in a bag that didn’t have my receipt…time to switch out the inattentive workers!!!!!
