I had all condiments removed and told them to place them on the side in containers. They removed the condiments and then didnt include them in delivery. Then refused to correct or send condiments. I had 6 dry subs that were thrown away .. the group ordered pizza instead !@!
Very good subs, however, they often ignore requests for horseradish and replace it with mayo that is supposedly horseradish based, without asking or even mentioning that they have done this. It changes the flavor of the sub for the worse and is not what I, as the customer, requests. Update: Still great subs. Staff has subpar attitude.
