Melanie kindly and professionally took our hefty call in order. Everything was correct and was very friendly and prompt when we picked up our order.
If I could give zero stars, I would—but unfortunately that’s not an option, much like canceling an order in the DiBella’s app (more on that later ). I placed and prepaid for my order through the DiBella’s Subs App because I was in a rush to pick up my son from the airport. Efficient, right? Wrong. While driving to the store, I get a call saying they’re out of the 10” bread I ordered. Not ideal, but fine—I asked them to upgrade the sandwich and I’d happily pay the difference when I arrived.
