I've never had issues here but to echo some of the negative reviews the place always seems understaffed- hopefully management gives those people a hand
We arrived 3 people were working. All 3 looked at me, no acknowledgement whatsoever. We waited about 5 minutes at the register to order Still, no one assisted us placing an order. We asked another customer are you waiting to order and how do you order? They stated we ordered they eventually came over. Still no one came to assist us. We left the store no acknowledgement as we exited Dibellas. My first and last time going. Very poor customer service.
Hate to criticize working people, but most every time I’ve gone to this location they’ve screwed up my very basic order. Today I waited 20 min for my cold sub which came slathered with mayo that I did not want. Took so long to get the first messed up sub I hadn’t time left in my lunch break to wait for another. Last straw, won’t be goin g back.
Sandwiches weren't bad, a little dry and the bread could have been a little fresher but it was 3:00 in the afternoon so I'll give him a little bit of slack. Maybe I just got caught between batches of bread
