I walked into this restaurant located in Mayfield Heights and I had the pleasure to work with Tatianna who was top tier! I walked in close to closing and she was more than willing to help me! The first thing she said was “welcome to DiBellas” with a smile! $16 for a large sub with terrible bread, below average meat and soggy vegetables. Manager taking the order was very unenthusiastic, but relatively average customer service
The assistant manager Robert was probably one of THE MOST rude individuals I've ever seen in the restaurant business. He was snappy and condescending. I have also heard other costumers complain about their sercice. After dealing with all that frustration with him, they gave me the wrong sandwich. They remade it correctly but the sauce was slopped everywhere inside of the sub. I usaually never leave reviews but if I can leave 0 stars I would.
