Found this place going up telegraph on the weekly Wednesday evening drive. The staff has always very good... efficient, courteous and very friendly. The subs are far better than any of the competitor sub shops with fresh rolls and the option of picking you extra condiments. The meat serving is a healthy size. Have made this our preferred subject shop on the Wednesday evening drive.
Subs are so underrated and underradar. More people should eat here!
I have never been to a sub shop that has no bread NONE!!!!!!!!
The past two visits to this Dibella's, I ordered the 10" Blt sub. My first visit my 10" Blt had only 2 strips of bacon, yesterday my 10" Blt had only 3 strips of bacon. It's hard to understand why anyone would make a sandwich like that.
Terrible service, Terrible customer acknowledgement. There to pick up my carryout and watched associate help 4 before addressing me, I was clearly standing in front of them. WHOS RUNNING THIS PLACE?!
