We had a last minute meeting scheduled this afternoon that need catered for 20 people. I placed the order at 8 a.m. and it was delivered ahead of schedule, correct, and was delicious. Not many places would’ve accepted such a large order and been able to execute on short notice. Exceptional customer service!
I ordered five fourteen inch submarine sandwiches for a gathering from DiBella's. I met with a staff member the day before and picked out what I needed. I chose five different varieties. The lady listened carefully to my needs and offered to have the subs cut and on a tray for when I arrived the day after. The staff was very friendly, polite and fun to work with. Employees were very rude and it took forever to get my order even though it was sitting on the counter already made.
