They got the order wrong and we explicitly said what to get
I ordered 4 subs. When we got there there was nobody in line. It seemed like I was a burden to the workers and 27 minutes later we finally got our subs. Only reason there’s two stars is because the food is absolutely delicious
My friend and I came in on late Saturday night, no one else just us, it took two of them 30 mins to make 3 subs. The. He refused to give me a cup for water, told me that I have to pay for it. I guess I'm not coming back to this place.
My 2 sub order was delayed by a long time because of people placing 10 sub + orders. They need to introduce a limit on in person and online ordering. They have catering for a reason, I mean seriously people? Those poor workers are working hard enough. They don’t need to deal with your 20 sub order with no preparation. Normal people like me can’t get my order at a normal time because of people like this.
