We had a recent experience where Barry was called to come and pick up a patient that was deceased. He talked to us and other staff members in such a rude manner that we ended up calling another funeral home for our dear patient. Maybe he needs to be re-evaluated by someone to prove that hes a rude and inconsiderate gentleman. Maybe funeral directing and working with people in general isnt a forte of his.
