If there were negative stars you would have them into infinity! Looks like all is good with Dibble as long as the need for propane is within your banker hours of 7:30am - 4pm. God forbid customers believe you when your company entices them to be on the no fuss no worry "monthly" program. As a customer you don't have to worry about running out of propane, sounds great!!
