Was told on the phone multiple that the down payment amount we have to put down was okay, drove all the way out there just to be told” oh guidlelines jusr changed this morning that with fha you now need 10% down which is false we double checked that information. Kept dismissing me when i wa the cosigners credit was excellent and we should qualify to only put 3.5% down payment. Again dismissed it saying it wouldnt change.
