I used Diaz R construction for a remodel totaling about $50k in work. Paint, baseboards, new flooring, countertops and cabinet installation. Months after painting, the roof paint is cracked all on the second floor hallway, a first floor living area. I’ve contacted the owner Santos, and he has ignored my repeated messages. I’d say avoid, if he stands by his work, why not respond an remedy the situation. This was clearly bad prep work on his painters part. If I don’t hear from him soon my next move is small claims court.
We hired Diaz Remodeling to patch up all holes in drywall from new all new water pipes in our home. They work hard, do amazing work and the quality of their work is superior first class. I am asking them to quote our new windows, siding and gutters on home project because I was so impressed. I highly recommend this vendor if you are looking for home improvements.

We have used Mr Diaz a few times over the last few years. He has replaced our roof, did a new fence around the yard, he put new siding on the house, and he did a kitchen remodel for us. We love working with him and he does awesome work. His prices are very competitive. He is one of the few people that you can find that can do it all from plumbing to roofing. He has also done work for my mother and uncle and coworkers. I would recommend in a heart beat.
