Quick unload and the people were nice.
Please take this seriously. I had a 9:00 AM appointment, but I arrived at 9:24. Because of the delay, I was first told I had to pay a $250 late fee. After I complained, they reduced it to $150, but I still had to pay it. By the time I went to get a check and came back, I lost my next load, got charged $150, and ended up being delayed for about 6 hours.
Had appointment 10 am 8:30 they gave me door kind employees
The worst organization in history, it really needs to be shut down. The employees are rude. The manager are even worse than the employees they will fight you on your on your Loads and they are lazy. I would not deal with this company. They will rip you off.
Was an hour and half late charged me 150 dollar fee.
