McDonald's is a fast food restaurant, (drive thru) the staff and mgmt should be prepared for service of food, and customer service, why do we still have to wait and park for our food??? Back in the day we hardly ever waited .... I have worked at McDonald's, you have to be ready, your food needs to be ready to go....slam it out!!!!! Very disappointed....might as well sit a Dennys if you have to wait.....drive thru ain't drive thru anymore....
