Be aware Roberto Diaz treats men like crap and women like gold. To this day my ears are still clogged I refuse to go back to him last time I saw him was 2 years ago I believe in that time I had to wait 2 weeks to see him. He spent less than a minute shot water into my ears told me he couldn't take anything out and prescribed the medication that he said would soften the ear wax which I looked up online and it does not do that.
