Forget these guys. They did my rental. After receiving numerous complaints from my renters, I check on the place after a year... 1) Was suppose to be a weekly service and apparently it was more like twice a month. But was still charged 2) The lawn was always cut long and just trimming the top which is easier and faster for them. This allows them to get in and out quickly.
