You can't find better care for your pet. Dr. Diaz and his staff are the most kind hearted people I have ever met. I will be eternally grateful for the of care they provided for my pet.
Ni siquiera les diera una estrella,por culpa de todos esos trabajadores y de ese doctor,perdí mi peludito ,no se preocuparon de él,cuando más lo necesitaba,lo dejaron morir sin nunca ver la causa de los síntomas que el sentía,solo yo se todo lo qué pasó por poca experiencia profesional, que nunca lo pudieron salvar,es muy duro cuando amamos a estos animalitos y saber que los puse en manos de la persona inadecuada
Every time I visit the clinic, the young staff is BAD doing nothing but texting specaily if the vet is not there.The Veterinarian Staff are very young and don't care about customer service, the skinny long hair receptionist is always looking tired and texting instead of giving you a price quote or assist you with your needs. I requested the test result by email of my pet and never had the time to email it. Went directly to pick them up the 3 staff were doing nothing. The Veterinarian he is acurate for the standard pet needs.
