Had an amazing experience with Diaz. They left my car good as new and always answered all the questions I had. The staff was very respectful and always willing to help!
I was there to tow a vehicle for a client today. I witnessed the owner lie to the client, and then to his elderly mother once she showed up to call him on his lies. He took miss Maria for $700. It was a shame. He did apologize for the way he spoke to me at least, but as a grown man it was sad to see a business owner not get their way taking advantage of an old lady… And instead of maybe taking the hint from God that he’s in the wrong he then turned on me telling me “he didn’t know why I was talking” when all I asked him was ... read more
Decided not to go through with repairs too costly. Was then treated like I was doing bad business and subsequently taken advantage of by the Owner by being overcharged for removing a bumper and leaving my car there for 10 days. No repairs were done the car was left outside in the elements and I was charged 700 dollars for essentially removing a bumper and given an estimate. I would not recommend Diaz Auto collision to anyone. Service was terrible and I got taken to the cleaners because I did not agree with the Owner.
