Leo came out to give me a quote on some dry rot repair, and although he could have bid a major project, he advised that the repair was not necessary. I sincerely appreciate an honest, knowledgeable contractor who is not out to pad his own pocket. Thank you, Leo. I will definitely call you in the future for my next remodel job.
