After the floor was finished, we noticed swirl marks everywhere, from not using a finer grit sandpaper. My price somehow jumped from 2,200.00 to 3,800.00. Jorge said that the square foot price hadn't changed, but the house was bigger than expected. He never brought a tape measure to quote the job. My son measured for him, with a laser pointer. We had a bleach spill stain our floor, and it would have been an easy fix, but the state was paying for the damage (so the payment was delayed for weeks on end) and then our landlord had a fit (telling him how to do his job and not do his job). Long story short, George was incredibly patient and fair.
