My appointment was at 10 came on time. Didn't receive right address and on top of everything getting in chair had to wait an hour and 30 minutes until she started because she said she had to eat! Than she start braiding. Now she having a hard time catching my hair so I ask is it going to be a problem she states no! They are very friendly but you do not get what you ask for and what the style they provide is not worth the money. A portion of my hair was left unbraided, my braids were not stitched as in the picture, and my bun was no where near as full as the braided bun style. I tried to get them to fix it and the owner advised she would be speaking with her daughter and I haven’t heard a word since.
