update: Received a letter saying that the office talked to someone else and gave THEM a refund instead of me; they did attach a copy of the receipt showing just how unreadable it is when my bank tried to decipher the numbers to confirm if it was meant for my account. It’s especially wild because they’ve had my email this entire time but chose mail as a more communicative option. Front desk girl Mia is horrible. Dianne Quibell and her team performed a Tribrid laser treatment on my face with stunning results. She and her team were professional and extremely attentive to my comfort during the procedure. Dr. Quibell is super and is very empathetic to her patients. Her advice and treatments are wonderful - she would never do something that will not be effective or help you.
