She’s an excellent Doctor. I never felt intimidated or stupid when we talk. She’s very straightforward and doesn’t play games. Her staff is amazing as well, not only are they kind and understanding but they also are quick with referrals, refills etc. One major perk is if you experience a flare up and you feel the need to go to ER all you have to do is call her office and they will see you on the same day and are able to treat your symptoms quickly without you ever having to step one foot in the ER. Dr cooper seems greatly knowledgeable and caring. However, she still paper charts which has proven to be ridiculously inefficient. I went 5 weeks waiting to hear back from her calling multiple times a week and always being told different reasons I didn’t hear from her. At my follow up with NP she left the room at least 5 times because labs and MRI results were missing from the paper chart. Let me just say that I loved Cooper in the beginning. I was fighting disability though and she was against it. As time went on, specially after moving locations, I felt less heard. I was driving from Lawton to WF anytime I had an appointment. My biologics always took forever to get approved because the specialty pharmacy had issues getting in contact with coopers office.
