Terrible Dr. lets important medical concerns slip by and does not care to follow up or follow through with patient concerns and needs addressed to her. No follow up calls after any tests, acts like no big deal and brushes things off. Does not message back on the portal. Misdiagnosed one issue I was having by far, I seen a specialist for that and she was way off which I knew she was. Dr Winter is very pleasant, caring, anrd easy to talk to. I feel like she listens well. I’ve only seen her twice so far so this rating is very early in our relationship. Her staff is also pleasant and caring.
