Gaming Gamer EK left a one star review for an entire hospital system, but directly under my deceased mother's name, even though she passed away years ago and wasn't even a social worker at this hospital when the review was posted.
I recently had the unfortunate circumstance of visiting a loved one here. The facilities are cold and dingy. The patients are treated like animals and left to hours of boredom in the lowest moments of their lives. They seem to be offered drugs for shedding a tear. Believe me. it would be completely normal to cry if you were here. I understand the need for safety, but Glens Falls hospital should be ashamed of what is provided to people who are in most need of comfort and care.
