Dianna is the best!!! She was able to set reasonable expectations on what my house should be listed for, in order to sell sooner than later. Her marketing plan worked like a charm, as she hosted an open house on the first Sunday after listing. We received a full ask offer from that open house and are closing this week. She truly is my home girl.
