I have been bringing cars to Diane's for nearly 10 years. They started as our mechanic at Ithaca Carshare and over the years have become the personal mechanic of every member of our staff who owns a car. You can count on Diane's to be honest, straightforward, and never try to convince you to do more repairs than you need. Plus they are friendly and funny. Truly a valuable business in our community.
Affordable, competent, efficient and friendly. My first visit was in August 2018 and I'll definitely be returning!
I've gotta give full marks for integrity. We had another place quote $600 for a repair, but we had had issues with them so we scheduled to bring it in to Diane's. They called us back within a couple of hours because they checked the part in question was actually under recall! So now we've towed our car to the dealers are getting the issue fixed for FREE b/c it was a manufacturer defect. Diane's wants to do right by their customers and that counts for a lot. GREAT! FAST! HONEST! i dropped my car off and before i even got home they had called with the estimate! AND the repair was done in a few hours! Very reasonable price. and the people there are VERY NICE!!!
Would give them highest marks for being an honest, reputable repair shop!
