Paul did an outstanding job. For both of us.
Admin staff do not know how to use the card reader machine properly for both private health and credit/debit card transactions, has happened a couple of times, and I'm going to a podiatrist that has admin that know how to operate machines effectively. Otherwise, great service from podiatrist themselves. After considering your reply I will speak to the practise manager but my review still stands as there have been issues with scanning my private health card a few times at appointments I have attended.
