We called and booked an appointment specifically for a medical certificate and workers’ compensation certificate. However, the doctor only gave a medical certificate for 5 days and refused to provide the workers’ compensation certificate, saying it would “take a little time” and asked us to make another appointment. This feels like he is just trying to ask for more money and waste our time, instead of helping patients properly. Love this practice and especially Dr Wee Tek Ng. Such a great doctor and so compassionate, really on the ball and is interested in you and your health. The reception staff have also been outstanding. I travel 45 minutes just of go here. Also the waiting time is hardly anything always.
I sent an email to the practice to clarify time of my appointment with an explanation of my situation. I received a reply that didn't seem to understand what I was asking.
I found Dianella family Medical Centre, to be a practise that cares about their patients care & outcomes & would not go anywhere else. I travel 45 + minutes to get to them but it is my opinion that I want real care for medical help & distance is not as important as my medical needs. I have found many Doctors I have gone to in the past don't listen & are only interested in getting the patients in & out & lack care of the patients needs.
