Very disappointed. I love memorial and had all three of my kids at memorial. When I first met this woman she was instantly rude, acting like she was annoyed that my baby was awake and acting like a baby… Because she’s literally a baby. Then she starts complaining that I should’ve made the appointment sooner because my baby is 4 months old and usually they test for hearing at one month old so the baby sleeps better.
