DO NOT use this agent. I had a loan on my car. When i was going away for a few months i put the car in my garage and off the road. I called this StateFarm agency and was informed I could take off collision on the car. She never asked if i had a loan. I now found out that with all the loan companies, if you have a loan even if its off the road they still require collision on the car.
